Sales Trainer - Consultant (part-time/full-time)

As a Sales Trainer - Consultant, you train employees and management in the field of professional customer communication (sales and service). Together with the manager of the club, you will determine the goals of the coming year and see how they can be achieved. The training courses are always very result-oriented and are carried out according to a well-defined and proven concept.
This concept involves long-term training and guidance at various fitness clubs. You will also coach management in the targeted management of their own commercial processes. You can think of giving advice within the sales strategy and in the field of marketing. As a sales trainer you manage about 15 to 20 fitness clubs, with whom you maintain contacts and provide training. In addition to these activities, you are also responsible for prospecting and approaching new clients. You will report to the Country Manager of Crown Consultancy.
What we ask of our sales trainer:
· Passion for sales and service within the fitness industry;
· I've already sold 'a lot' of fitness subscriptions. Experience with the Crown formula is a big plus;
· Excellent communication and commercial skills;
· Process- and result-oriented;
· Loyal and honest;
· In possession of a driver's license B;
· Fixed gross monthly salary depending on age and experience;
· In consultation with the company car;
· Macbook and iPhone;
