Crown Consultancy is in 2006 opgericht door Maarten de Croon. Maarten heeft zelf veel klantervaring opgedaan bij fitnessclubs (vanaf 1982) en als bedrijfskundige verwonderde hij zich vaak over het gebrek aan structuur en klantgerichtheid binnen een fitnessclub. In 2002 startte hij als general manager bij een fitnessketen van 6 clubs, waarbij hij zowel zijn klantervaring als bedrijfskundige kennis heeft kunnen vertalen naar een duidelijke structuur voor een klantgerichte fitnessclub.
De jarenlange ervaring in de fitnessbranche en de vele succesverhalen geven aan dat de methode van Crown Consultancy aanslaat. Het is niet een 'trucje' wat we toepassen; Crown Consultancy helpt uw club volledig op weg met de juiste stappen. Daarnaast is er een constante ondersteuning en opvolging.
